    This weekend, Houstonians will head downtown to celebrate cowboys, horses … and Cougars. Among the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo Parade participants is a delegation of University of Houston Coogs including the Spirit of Houston Marching Band, distinguished alumni and students.
