Lyndall Finley Wortham Theatre

Opened in 1977, Lyndall Finley Wortham Theatre seats 565 audience members. The theatre includes a trapped apron/orchestra pit, trapped stage, and counter-weight rigging system. The proscenium resembles many Broadway and LORT theatres. Backstage, it shares two dressing rooms and 18 make-up stations with the Quintero Theatre.
Since its opening, Wortham Theatre has undergone numerous renovations. These include: new seating and cosmetic renovations in 2001, rigging and electrical renovations in 2013, and audio/visual renovations which began in 2015 and were completed in 2017.
A/V upgrades include a motorized fore-stage lighting truss, two vertical truss box boom positions, major additions to the LED and intelligent lighting inventory, scenic projection equipment, and new lighting consoles. Today, consoles shared between Wortham and Quintero Theatres include an ETC Ion, a Strand Neo, and an MA on PC, all with designer remote consoles. The sound system features a Midas M32 digital console, modern speakers and microphones, and a two-channel wired and wireless intercom system.
