Whether you’re just beginning your fitness journey or you’re a gym pro, come start the school year off right - with sweat, smiles, and fun! Your favorite UH Fitness instructors will be previewing fitness classes during this 2-hour fitness party that will leave you feeling amazing. All students and all fitness levels welcome.
