The Student Health Center cannot accept forms or medical records, schedule an appointment or provide medical advice via email.
- For help with a health concern, use the Healthy Coog Patient Portal to send a secure message or schedule an appointment.
- Forms or medical records may be submitted by fax, mail, in person, or by uploading to the Healthy Coog Patient Portal.
Please include your university ID when sending any correspondence to a UH department.
Emails or secure messages to the patient portal are responded to during regular business hours and usually within one business day. When volume is high, it may take up to 72 hours.
