Lillian has been an outstanding student worker. Not only does she demonstrate professionalism in her interactions with faculty, staff, students and alumni, but she is responsive to feedback and consistently demonstrating a desire to grow and learn more. She takes initiative on assigned projects, often pitching new ideas and thinking proactively about the impact of her work. She is a very thorough proofreader and helps us refine our print and digital materials. I’ve been lucky to have worked with her at the College of Education and, previously, the College of the Arts. In both colleges, she proved an invaluable asset to the team.
