If Other:
  1. In order to participate in concurrent enrollment, our office must receive:
    1. Evidence (paid fee bill/course schedule) that shows enrollment at the concurrent school, and;
    2. Evidence (transcript or grade report from the other college) that shows that you have completed the coursework. This has to be given to ISSS.
  2. It is my responsibility to consult with my academic advisor in my academic department prior to concurrently enrolling in any classes at any other college or university. I further understand that failure to consult with my academic advisor could result in:
    1. taking classes that do not count towards my degree and
    2. delaying my graduation
  3. It is my responsibility to review with my academic advisor the university policy regarding where a student’s final credit hours may be taken. I understand that classes taken at another college or university may not count toward my degree if taken too close to completion of my studies. In other words, I may be required to only take courses at the University of Houston.
  4. For spring and fall enrollment, only 3 hours out of the required 12 for F-1 undergraduates, and only 3 hours of the required 9 for F-1 graduate students may be taken as Online / Internet courses.
  5. F-1 student's concurrent enrollment is limited to one school.
