Otis Johnson has joined the Student Housing and Residential Life (SHRL) team as the Residential Life Coordinator for Cougar Village I.  

In this role, Otis will be responsible for managing the administrative processes for Cougar Village I. He will also plan programs and community building initiatives for student staff and provide student leadership development for the hall and floor council members. 

Most recently, Otis served as the Hall Director for the University of Colorado Boulder. “I enjoyed my time there and even picked up hiking as a hobby,” he said. 

Otis earned his Master of Education in higher education at Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia. 

“I am looking forward to getting more connected with the university and the people I’ve met,” Otis said.
