Standard Rates for Summer 2025

Student Housing & Residential Life offers the following room types and rates to conference groups. All rates are per person, each night.

Housing Occupancy Rates 

• • 2-Bedroom Suites in Cougar Village I & II (2 single beds each bedroom)
    • 4/person suite $30
    • 2/person suite $43
    • Single $50 (subject to availability)
      
      
  • 4-Bedroom Suites in the Quad (1 double bed each bedroom)
    • 4/person suite $50
    • 2/person suite $55
    • Single $62.50 (subject to availability)
      
      
  • 18-Bedroom Townhouse in the Quad
    • $60/per bedroom (minimum occupancy 10, and minimum 2-week stay)

  Conference participants will not be permitted to check in to the residence halls if group payment has not been received.

  Note: Cougar Village I is a residential hall that requires physical keys for each guest. If a key is lost or not returned at checkout, a lock change fee of $455 will be assessed on the group’s final invoice.

Chartwells Dining

Meals at Moody Towers Dining Commons or Cougar Woods Dining Commons will be coordinated and contracted through Chartwells Auxiliary Services.  After submitting the SHRL Summer Conference Inquiry Form, conference groups will be contacted by a member of the Chartwells Auxiliary Services staff.  All meal rates are subject to a 20% processing fee.

• Breakfast $9.00
• Lunch $11.50
• Dinner $11.50

Parking

• Daily (24-hour) parking rate of $12.00
• Weekly (7 days) parking rate of $45.00
• Monthly (30 days) parking rate of $160.00

Classrooms/Meeting Space 

• All classroom spaces in Cougar Village I are available to reserve for $100.00 per 4 hours, or $350 for 24-hours.
• Rental fees for meeting space in the Quad are as follows:
  • Hourly rate of $100.00
  • 4-hour rate of $200.00
  • 8-hour rate of $350.00
  • 24-hour rate of $550.00

Note: All rental hours must be contiguous (i.e. a 4-hour rate cannot be divided into smaller increments scheduled throughout the day). Rates include A/V.
