Career Highlights
Author of more than 10 peer-review journal articles and two book chapters; recipient of a Distinguished Doctoral Fellowship for his work on the foodborne pathogen Listeria monocytogenes; brings more than 15 years of food & beverage industry experience to the classroom; played an integral role in the Houston farmers’ market scene for several years; before moving to Arkansas to pursue his Ph.D., owned a catering and private chef operations business, as well as a gluten-free bakery with his brother Daniel, who is also a Hilton College graduate.
