The Hospitality Analytics and Innovation Lab strives to be a powerful tool and foundation for cutting-edge research in both data and business analytics of service innovation. This lab will serve to facilitate faculty research, student experimental learning engagement and industry collaboration by utilizing the "IN-NO-VA-TI-VE" strategy.

The Hospitality Analytics and Innovation Lab seeks to ACE innovative research. Our mission is three-tiered, fundamentially focusing on Advancement, Consultation and Education. Our mission is to Advance and spread the knowledge of major hospitality data analytics and machine learning in an effort to impact academic research; Consult hospitality firms and non-profit organizations; Educate hospitality students and business professionals (within the fields of big data analytics and machine learning) alike.
