Lily Ng, CEO of Foodie Group Limited, is no stranger to refining business strategies by charting new frontiers with her proprietary vision. In her current role, she has transformed Foodie’s traditional print-based business into an award-winning digital platform, leading market trends and community-engagement solutions. With the company’s sound business model, it has seen unprecedented growth while bringing together people with a real passion for all things food and drink.

Lily’s career prior to joining Foodie includes the positions of president of Caesars Global Living Asia at Caesars Entertainment Corporation, and executive vice president at Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels, China. In addition to delivering remarkable business results at each venture, Lily is recognized for her ability to build highly engaged teams and has won numerous industry accolades including the Spark Awards for Media Excellence at Foodie, and Best Hospitality Service Institution at Jones Lang LaSalle.    

A true global citizen, Lily is a Hong Kong native. She studied and worked in the United States for more than 20 years before returning to Asia in 2005. She is fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English, and has an extensive knowledge of China, having visited over 60 cities. During her 10-year residency, she has advised 300-plus clients with more than US$10-billion of real estate assets. 

Lily holds a Master of Science from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Houston. A frequent speaker at conferences and author on hospitality and food trends, she has been honored with the prestigious recognition of China’s Top 10 Female Leaders by the World Hotel Association, and is the founder of the acclaimed Food’s Future Summit.
