Confidential vs Non-Confidential Resources

Confidential Resources- Information shared with a staff member who is a confidential resource may be kept confidential and may not be shared without the consent of the individual disclosing information to the extent allowed by law. Confidential resources will not make reports which include identifiable information.

Non-Confidential Resources- staff and faculty who are non-confidential resources are required to report anything that happens to a student under the sexual misconduct policy. These resources may assist you with referrals to on-campus resources and with making a report to the Title IX Coordinator.
