Whether you are a seasoned fitness enthusiast or just beginning your wellness journey, these classes are designed to cater to all levels. Here, you can work on strength, stability, agility, and endurance, all while enjoying the support and guidance of our experienced trainers. Box Fit: An energetic and dynamic workout session that combines elements of boxing training with high-intensity fitness exercises. These classes cater to individuals seeking a challenging and comprehensive workout that enhances cardiovascular endurance, strength, agility, and coordination.

Move it 30/45: The ultimate high-intensity functional training class that takes you through six zones: lift, move, function, core, run, and recovery. Combining elements of HIIT (high-intensity interval training) and circuit training, Move It is a dynamic calorie-burning, full-body workout. Members can choose between 30- or 45-minute classes.
