7. Spring Break 2.0 Alternative Spring/Service Break is a way for students to serve their communities locally or internationally through service learning projects. Instead of going to party at the beach or slopes, some students decide to immerse themselves in a week of addressing issues like affordable housing, public health, environmental protection and/or rebuilding communities.

Sexual Assault Awareness Month Sexual misconduct is a broad range of behavior that includes, but is not limited to: sexual harassment, sexual assault, non-consensual sexual contact, sexual exploitation, sexual intimidation, intimate partner violence (domestic and dating violence), UH Sexual Misconduct Policy and stalking.
9. Getting the Necessary Zzzzzs The Sleep and Anxiety Center of Houston (SACH) is on campus and offers low-cost assessments and treatments to determine the precise nature of your sleeping problems.
