Unwind with Wellness on Wednesdays

Wellness Wednesdays are free wellness-focused events held every other Wednesday during the fall and spring semesters. These events are designed to help students recharge midweek, promote balance across the many dimensions of wellness including physical, emotional, social, mental well-being & more! From chair massages and therapy pets to DIY activities and interactive experiences, Wellness Wednesdays create a fun and welcoming space for students to relax, connect, and prioritize self-care while building a healthier campus community!

By attending Unwind with Wellness on Wednesdays, participants will be able to:

  • Identify healthy ways to relieve stress and build positive coping skills.
  • Recognize campus resources that can proactively and reactively support students when they are stressed.
