We have to improve health care, and therefore health, for our communities. We have to learn how to harness data and use it to improve overall outcomes. We have to learn how to take the resources we already have and learn how to use them more effectively. The real opportunity we see: we can improve the way we deliver health care so that patients are healthier. That is why I am here at the Tilman J. Fertitta Family College of Medicine.
