Bachelor of Music – Teacher Certification
Students pursuing a Bachelor of Music degree earn an EC-12 certification in the state of Texas through the College of Education's Teacher Education Program. Music majors at the University of Houston take many core teacher education classes in the School of Music, but deadlines and policies established by the College of Education apply unless a music-specific deadline or policy is established.
