Introduction

Recent Gallup Polls report seven in ten U.S. employees express themselves as “not engaged” or “actively engaged” in their work, costing organizations an estimated $300 billion annually.  CAPR and OPRG provide solutions tailored to the distinctive needs of individual organizations. We partner with organizations to conduct employee engagement surveys.  We present our survey findings and provide recommendations to each organization in an extensive report on such factors as leadership, innovation, communication, training, engagement, commitment, satisfaction, and performance.  Organizations contribute to this partnership by allowing us to include questions that increase our knowledge base concerning employee engagement and provide our graduate students the research they need to help them complete their academic degrees.

The Challenge

Ensuring your company is maximizing employee motivation and performance will provide significant competitive advantage as motivation affects performance, customer satisfaction, employee turnover, and unit financial performance.

The Solution

CAPR conducts employee engagement survey projects at a fraction of the costs consulting firms would charge. We are able to provide these services because our projects are staffed with graduate students and because we utilize the data collected for publications and student research projects.

Projects

  • Employee Safety and Engagement Surveys

We are currently enrolling organizations with more than 400 employees that are interested in maximizing employee motivation, performance and safety through in-depth analyses of drivers of employee engagement and safety outcomes.

The Opportunity

Our research groups have successfully completed employee survey projects for organizations such as the World Health Organization, the Department of Veteran’s Affairs, the City of Houston, Willbros, ExxonMobil, and the Interstate Natural Gas Association. We have significant public and private sector expertise, and have conducted numerous projects in the oil and gas and healthcare industries, as well as in public sector organizations.
