Professor Barkley has been a practicing attorney for more than 16 years and is also a founding member of Bain & Barkley, A Partnership of Professional Corporations based in Sugar Land, Texas. He received his Juris Doctorate from the South Texas College of Law and was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 1991. His litigation and trial experience consists of communications law, consumer and labor claims, medical malpractice and commercial disputes, as well as insurance defense.
