Join us for our annual Fall Speaker Series as we explore the importance of using our collective voices and action for social change.

In this virtual moderated dialogue on 'Organizing for 2020 and Beyond' with special guest LaTosha Brown.

LaTosha Brown is an award-winning community organizer, co-founder of Black Votes Matter, Jazz Singer, and fellow at Harvard's Kennedy School of Government. LaTosha will share with us organizing strategies as the 2020 Presidential Election nears, and how we as a nation of diverse people, cultures, ideas, and ideologies can move forward.

We will be going live on Instagram with UH Alum Ali Lozano, who serves as the Voting Rights Outreach Coordinator for the Texas Civil Rights Project. In a live discussion, Ali will share with us strategies on how to stay engaged post-election.
