UH students taking classes at both the University of Houston and UH at Sugar Land may use the shuttle service. There is no cost to ride the shuttle.
Students will need to make an appointment or get in a virtual line to visit the Parking and Transportation Services customer service location in University Lofts for verification of eligibility and be issued a decal that is placed on their Cougar Card.
Faculty and staff interested in riding the shuttle should call Parking and Transportation Services at 832-842-1097.
During Fall 2020, only one shuttle bus will operate between UH at Sugar Land and the main campus.
The shuttle operates as a “circulator” as opposed to running on a fixed schedule to achieve the maximum number of touches at each campus. The bus will run from the UH Student Center directly to UH at Sugar Land’s Albert & Mamie George (AMG) building. The bus will no longer be stopping at the Smart Financial Centre. The bus will wait for five minutes at each stop before departing to its next destination. Please see below for information on how to track the shuttle in real time.
Track the Shuttle
Cougar Trax is a real-time GPS tracking system designed to show you when the next UH shuttle will be at a specific stop. Access Cougar Trax via the UH GO app or on the Cougar Trax website. The UH GO app is available through both the Google Play Store and iTunes.
Sign up for emergency notifications through myUH to stay informed about closures that may affect service.
