Traffic and parking on campus will be impacted and congested on game days this season, especially on  Thursday, Oct. 4 and Thursday, Nov. 15.

To help give you an idea of the impacts, below is a timeline of the various road, parking lot and garage closures taking place during these games. The lot and garage closures are also depicted on this map.

Timeline of Road and Lot Closures

Faculty, staff and students needing to park on campus and not going to the game:

Do not leave your vehicle in lots 12A, 12B, 15C, 16B, 16C, 16D, 16E, 16G beginning at midnight before the game or else it’s subject to being towed.

Alternative Options

To avoid the anticipated campus congestion, faculty, staff and students are strongly encouraged to do one of the following, instead of parking on campus as usual.

Park @ Remote Campus -

All parkers with a current UH permit will be permitted to park in the Remote Campus lots at the Technology Bridge (formerly ERP) free of charge all day, so members of the campus community are strongly encouraged to park here.
