Help Make a Difference: Donate to Those in Need!

We invite all students to join us in supporting those in need by donating gently used clothing and small household items.

The "Move-out - Cougars Donate" program offers our students a sustainable alternative to sending unwanted items to landfills. UH Student Housing and Residential Life has partnered with Green City Recycler (GCR) and Cougar Cupboard and to place collection containers at convenient locations across our residential halls. The boxes will be placed in the lobby of the residence halls listed below. The placed bins will also have a list of accepted items attached to it to ensure proper recycling.

Where to Donate: You can drop off your donations at the following locations on campus:

• CV2

• Lofts

• Cougar Place

• The Quad

• Moody Towers

When to Donate: Donations will be accepted from April 21st – May 12th. Don't miss this chance to make a meaningful impact!

What Not to Donate: Please avoid donating the following items:

• Appliances

• Furniture

• Shelving and Shelving Units

• Floor Lamps

• Ironing Boards
