Rice Shared Equipment Authority

Established in 2001, the Rice University Shared Equipment Authority (SEA) supports access to more than 100 instruments. To request access, please download, complete, and email both the Application and Agreement forms to cmilligan@uh.edu for review and signature by Cristina D. Milligan, AVP for Research Administration in the Division of Research, or her designated representative.

1. The Application Form is required for billing purposes. Please ensure it includes detailed information about your department and mail stop to help route it to the appropriate individual who can provide purchase order (PO) numbers and authorize payment. Including an email address for this person is strongly recommended.

2. The Agreement Form outlines the terms of access and must be completed and submitted alongside the Application.

Rice Biomaterials Lab

Requesting access to the Biomaterials Lab at Rice University follows the same process as the SEA.
