Professor & Interim Associate Dean for Research
Nathan Grant Smith, Ph.D.
Smith was named interim associate dean for research in February 2024 after previously serving as chair of the Department of Psychological, Health, & Learning Sciences. He is a professor of counseling psychology, and his research focuses on health disparities among lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans and queer adults. Smith’s research has been funded by the National Institutes of Health and the Canadian Institutes of Health Research.
