Roles and Responsibilities
- Mentors are asked to meet with their Mentee at least once a month.
- The Mentor’s role is to build a relationship with their Mentee/s to provide guidance and support through formal one-on-one meetings.
- Mentors are also asked to get to know the other Mentees in the program at LCCM gatherings throughout the year.
