Graduate student gains recognition at 2011 SIOP conference
Hao Wu, a graduate student of I/O Psychology program was recognized jointly with Randy Poulter and Dr. Christiane Spitzmueller, Associate Professor of Psychology at 2011 Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP) convention. A proposal pertaining to the role of supervisors' behaviors and attitudes in employees' safety behaviors (e.g. compliance with rules regarding wearing protective gear) was selected for this prestigious award.
