Happy End-of-Semester!

Hi, Friends,

Our campus has been bustling with students (and faculty!) gearing up for finals. Hard to believe that our semester is coming to a close. We are so proud of our students and the hard work that they’ve done as they move toward commencement.

This has been a very special semester for us as we opened the doors to our newest facility—the UH College of Technology Building. The College’s presence has attracted technology events and speakers, and has moved UH at Sugar Land to the forefront of our regional technology industry. We will build on this growing reputation.

…And we hope to build on the program offerings at UH at Sugar Land to serve the large population of students in our region who want to be Cougars. Stay tuned!

I hope the coming Thanksgiving holiday is filled with friends and family. Enjoy the time together.

See you in the New Year!

Check out nine-year-old Ian Reyes who created this UH logo out of 144 Rubik’s cubes for UH Homecoming week. He took just 17 minutes to prep each cube and about that long to arrange them in UH logo. Way to go, Ian! Go Coogs!
