Applications for the Fall 2024 semester will be open August 1 to September 4. 

COAST is open to UH students, faculty and staff members.

Employees must be full-time. Members of COAST are ineligible to purchase a parking permit.

Please note, individuals may only register for one component of the COAST program.

Students

• 9 hours FTF/Hyflex classes
  • For carpools, every member of the group must be taking at least 9 hours
• Cannot be residential student living on campus

Faculty

• Must instruct ¾ classes on campus

Staff

• Must not have an alternative work arrangement (this includes telecommute/remote work or hybrid alternate work arrangements)
