EH05: Chemical Spill & Hazardous Waste Procedures (non-laboratory training)
Course Description: Online training course that covers the procedures for the collection, storage and disposal of biological, chemical, and radioactive waste generated outside of campus laboratories. This course also describes appropriate steps to be taken in event of a hazardous material spill in the workspace.
Who Should Take It: Personnel who generate hazardous waste that will be picked up for disposal by EHS working outside of laboratories (offices, shops, maintenance, custodial).
Prerequisites: EH04-HAZARD COMMUNICATION (EMPLOYEE RIGHT-TO-KNOW)
