To Advance the quality and effectiveness of teacher preparation programs in Texas Universities and its effects in Texas public schools. 


We actively expand knowledge through research by promoting and disseminating data-driven research on the educational landscape in Texas including educator certification, preparation, and retention as well as from the viewpoint of public school districts.

We Integrate university and school-based state data sets to build a proprietary data management system that we use to answer a variety of research questions pertinent to the production, certification, employment and retention of the state's public school educators.

We collaborate and engage educational professionals, partners in state agencies, and foundations to create opportunities to share knowledge, provide direct technical assistance, or provide data analyses to those involved in the improvement of the state's educational systems.
