1. Proposal Process

         a. Full Proposal & Reader’s Guide

           i. Review proposal guides, see Policies and Procedures: General Information, Appendix A

          ii. Review the UH ERC fee schedule, see Policies and Procedures: General Information, Appendix B 

         iii. Review the available UH ERC Data Inventory 

         iv. Complete the Reader’s Guide and full proposal and submit to the Director 60 days prior to the next ERC Advisory Board  meeting

         v. If needed, attach the supplemental data request form to the proposal, see Policies and Procedures: General Information, Appendix C

         b. Attend the ERC Advisory Board Meeting

           i. Director will approve proposal then schedule it for review on the ERC Advisory Board’s calendar

           ii. Attend Advisory Board Meeting

        c. ERC Advisory Board Approval

          i. ERC Advisory Board reviews and approves, approves with amendments, requests a resubmit, or denies the proposal
