Robert Reich to speak at Rice, UH students can get in free

Former U.S. Secretary of Labor Robert Reich, who served under the Clinton administration, will speak in Houston to support his new book Aftershock: The Economy and America's Future on Oct. 12 at the James A. Baker III Institute for Public Policy at Rice University.
The event is scheduled for 5-7 p.m. at Baker Hall, Suite 120, at 6100 Main Street.
The event is sponsored by Brazos Bookstore and co-sponsored by the University of Houston Department of Economics, the Rice University School of Social Sciences and Barbara Ann Radnofsky.
Reserved tickets cost $28, and come with an autographed copy of the book. However, students can get into the event for free if they pre-register through the event's website at http://www.class.uh.edu/econ/reich/index.php.
