Togetherall: Peer Support Mental Health Chat

Register to Access Peer Support Now- Togetherall.

We are excited to announce that UH students can now access a clinically moderated mental health support resource where they can connect with a global community of peers with shared lived experiences. The university launched a partnership with Togetherall, a safe and anonymous space in which students can benefit from an online peer-to-peer community by receiving and providing support 24/7. UH offers Togetherall’s platform as an extension of their existing mental health services, including several digital tools on Welltrack Boost.

Steps to access the online peer-to-peer support community visit Togetherall.

  1. Select "I am from a university or college"
  2. Enter your @cougarnet.uh.edu email
  3. Complete the registration.

CAPS On-Call Crisis Clinician

During the Day (Normal Business Hours)

CAPS provides crisis intervention services during our normal business hours. To be seen for emergent mental health support, call our office or simply visit the center. Be sure to inform the receptionist that you are experiencing a crisis and we will make every effort to respond to your situation as quickly as possible.

Evenings and Weekends (Outside Business Hours)

CAPS is available 24/7 at 713.743.5454. If you are experiencing a crisis situation and need to speak with someone, you may call us during business hours. If it is after business hours, please follow the prompts to be connected to the after-hours counselor on call.
