- Canvas/Teams Courses
- Canvas/Teams Courses must be requested by the instructor or their designee each semester.
- Teams course must be activated by the instructor once requested.

- Student Access
- Students will have access to the course until 10-14 days after the session closes.
- Student Enrollments
- Students are loaded into their courses 5-7 days before the first day of classes
- Drops and additions are performed within 24 hours during the semester based on the Student Information System (Peoplesoft)
- Incomplete Grades
- Requests made before June 1:
- Work due before June 1 can be completed in Bb.
- Work due after June 1 must be completed in Canvas or through an alternate arrangement to determined by the instructor.
- Blackboard (To be completed in Blackboard)
- Student must have an "I"
- Send request to canvas@uh.edu
- Include course, section, student information
- Must be completed by June 1, 2023
- Canvas
- Student must have an "I"

- Bb course will be copied to Canvas
- Content, assignments, exams will be copied to Canvas
- No student data will be copied (Grades, submissions)
- Alternative arrangements are the exclusive responsibility of the instructor.
