COAST is open to UH students, faculty and staff members. Students must be taking at least three courses that are 100% face to face. These three courses need to be at least three hours each.

Employees must by full-time. Members of COAST are ineligible to purchase a parking permit.

Please note, individuals may only register for one component of the COAST program.
