I started my own bodybuilding journey ~2 years ago when offered to compete in bodybuilding competitions. After my first competition, I fell in love with the process and outcome of putting in dedication, commitment, and ability to challenge myself to meet and exceed my goals! Autobiography: As a young girl I was always hyper and ready to be active! As I grew older, my passion for health and fitness grew. My family has dealt with many health challenges such as multiple sclerosis, cervical herniated discs, broken bones, so my passion grew even further. After bouncing back from my injury (herniated discs), I found powerlifting to be therapeutic. I also found many ways to prevent further injury and get stronger. I am currently a senior at UH and will graduate with my bachelor in Kinesiology/Exercise Science. I am passionate and dedicated to help anyone reach their fitness goals!
