Cynthia Kim-Eumie Shockley, M.A., NBC-HWC, graduated from University of Minnesota’s Integrative Health & Wellbeing Coaching Master of Arts program in 2020. Cynthia also holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychobiology B.S. from UCLA, has taught yoga, and facilitated mindfulness.

Cynthia is the Director of Community Engagement and Podcast Host of Well Connected Twin Cities. Well Connected Twin Cities is an integrative health advocacy and education organization bringing local wellness practitioners together through authentic networking and educating the public on their local integrative health options. She is also Owner & Founder of Mighty Mama Wellness, a collaborative community to empowering women to and through motherhood through intentional gatherings and retreats. Cynthia is also a Health Coach at MOBE, an organization changing health outcomes by helping people live healthier, happier lives.

Cynthia loves hosting thoughtful gatherings in her home, dancing, adventuring with her husband, and cuddling with her dog and 2 cats.
