Conference Room Reservations
• No students (our department or otherwise) will be granted card swipe access to any department held conference rooms. There is no weekend or after hour access available for our conference room spaces, unless it is part of a department-held event.
• Conference rooms are only available to support department and college activities. These include: classes, guest lectures, department/college workshops, department/college events, college/department meetings, proposals and defenses.
• Other departments within NSM may request the use of our conference rooms; however, EAS events and reservations take priority over other departmental requests. If the space is already booked for an EAS related activity, then the other department will need to pick another time or room.
