Students not presenting: Admission is FREE
2024 Student Research Conference, Friday, April 26, from 8:30am -5:00pm, followed by the EAS Alumni Happy Hour at Mucky Duck
All are invited to join the faculty and students afterwards at our Happy Hour.

Events include morning oral presentations, afternoon poster presentations, lab open house, awards ceremony, and optional in-person happy hour at McGonigel’s Mucky Duck.
Following is the tentative schedule.
Final schedule will be available after abstract deadline of April 15.
8.30am – 9am Check-in (SR1 Lobby)/Breakfast (SR1 2nd floor foyer)
9.00am – 10.30am Oral presentations (SR1 223/SR1 634)
10.30am - 11.00am Coffee break (SR1 2nd floor foyer)
11.00am - 12.30pm Oral presentations (SR1 223/SR1 634)
12.30pm-1.00pm Lunch break (SR1 2nd floor foyer)
1.00pm – 3.00pm Poster presentations/Lab open house (SR1 1st, 2nd and 3rd floor)
3.00pm – 3.30pm Afternoon coffee (SR1 2nd floor foyer)
3.30pm – 4.30pm Awards ceremony (SR1 117)
4.30pm – Group photo (Outside SR1 building)
5.00pm – 7.30pm Happy hour (Mucky Duck)
