| 9 am to 12:15 pm | Research Talks by 12 Selected EAS M.S. and Ph.D. Students (15 minutes each) Judging by EAS Faculty (SR1, Room 634) |
| 12:15 pm to 1:30 pm | Buffet Luncheon Commemorating 80th Anniversary of EAS Department, 1934-2014 (SR1, Second Floor Lobby) |
| 1:30-3:30 pm | Student Poster Session with Judging by UH Faculty, UH Alumni and Industry Guests Posters will include a display of prize-winning EAS student posters of 2013-14. Guided Tours of All EAS Lab Facilities (SR1, Corridors of 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th Floors) |
| 3:30 - 4:30 pm | Awards Ceremony for Best Student Talks and Posters and All Other Annual Student Awards Provided by Industry and Private Donors (SR1, Room 116). |
| 5:00 - 8 pm | EAS Faculty-Student-Alumni-Industry Happy Hour McGonigal's Mucky Duck Restaurant, 2425 Norfolk, Houston, TX 77098 Unwind and enjoy spring weather on their outdoor terrace |
