Eligibility Criteria

• Fellowship applicant must be a graduate degree-seeking student majoring in Special Populations with an emphasis on Special Education.
• Fellowship applicant must demonstrate an interest in pursuing a career in working with learners with disabilities and other special needs.
• Preference will be given to students who express interest in assuming administrative roles in Special Education.
• Scholarship recipient must maintain a GPA in accordance with the standards set by the fellowship committee.
• Scholarship recipient may accept other scholarships and grants in conjunction with this scholarship up to the cost of attendance, which includes tuition, fees, books, room and board, transportation, and personal expenses.
• Fellowship award is renewable provided the recipient continues to meet the criteria.

Awards for this scholarship will be determined by the College of Education Scholarship Committee.
