Eligibility Criteria

• Scholarship applicant should wish to obtain a doctoral degree from one of the program areas in the Department of Psychological, Health, & Learning Sciences.
• Scholarship applicant should demonstrate financial need.
• Scholarship applicant must be formally admitted into a doctoral degree program and maintain a grade point average of 3.0 or better
• Scholarship applicant must be enrolled in not less than six hours per semester and demonstrate sufficient progress towards the degree as determined by the student's program faculty.
• Scholarship recipient may accept other scholarships and grants in conjunction with this scholarship up to the cost of attendance, which includes tuition, fees, books, room and board, transportation, and personal expenses.

Awards for this scholarship will be determined by the College of Education Scholarship Committee.
