In my Registration Application, why are my top 3 officers’ and advisor’s emails marked as incorrect?
Get Involved utilizes “@uh.edu” email addresses since these are the University given aliases that tie to preferred email accounts. All users must use their “@uh.edu” email alias unless they have made changes to their account settings. To find a user’s “@uh.edu” you can search in the student directory in AccessUH. Type the user’s last name and first name (last name, first name) and the alias should populate.
There is no set time for the applications to be reviewed. The Center for Student Involvement staff review applications as soon as possible in the order they are received. During peak times it may take a little longer than usual for your application to be reviewed.
Go to your organization’s page, click “Manage Organization” in the top right, click the left navigation menu and select “Roster”. Next to the member’s name you’d liked to edit, click the “pencil” and select the correct position.
You can find your organization’s mailbox number and complete mailing address on your memorandum.
Organizations that are not registered with the Center for Student Involvement are not eligible to host events on campus for free. Students will need to reserve and pay for the space at full cost if they are interested in continuing with the program as an off campus client.
Carrel Space/Locker applications are within the Organization Registration application. You can apply for a space in April when Organization Registration begins.
