HHP doctoral student Hannah Gustafson has won NASA Human Research Program's Grant Augmentation Award. The award given to students and postdocs provides $25,000 support for 1 year for two of Hannah's projects.

Dr. Marc Hamilton's pioneering discovery of the “soleus pushup” elevates muscle metabolism even while sitting. The soleus muscle in the calf can do big things to improve the metabolic health in the rest of your body if activated correctly.
