Arbaz Ali is a Licensed Professional Counselor with 4 years of experience working closely with a diverse population of all backgrounds in many settings. He has extensive experience providing individual and group therapy, approaching therapy from an eclectic viewpoint that combines person-centered, insight oriented, and solution focused theories with a foundation rooted in cognitive behavioral therapy. Additionally, he believes in providing a non-judgmental and safe space for clients to be vulnerable and explore the emotions, strengths, and other aspects of their identity.

Arbaz concurrently serves as Program Director at a nonprofit organization which seeks to reunite families by providing supervised visitations between parents and their children. He also has a passion for fostering mental health awareness and exploration of an integrated multicultural identity in his cultural community.
