Jaylyn Woods is a Licensed Professional Counselor with 3 years of experience in various settings including community agencies, school districts, psychiatric outpatient facilities, and private practice. She has experience providing individual, group, and family counseling.
When working with clients, Jaylyn is versed in different therapeutic modalities, but her preference is using holistic and person-centered methods. She believes this is important so the client can be comfortable in the therapeutic experience and see themselves as a collaborator and not just a client. Jaylyn believes no one knows the client better than themselves so understanding their entire being is essential to their growth. She strives to create a therapeutic partnership that is safe, transparent, and specific to each person that comes through her door. Jaylyn enjoys gardening, cooking, and hearing live music in her free time.
