TARGET AUDIENCE

NXplorers Pro is for undergraduates and graduates who want to:

  • Develop critical and creative problem-solving skills to address complex real-world problems on a local or global level.
  • Learn foundational Systems Thinking skills to explore complex issues.
  • Learn Scenario Planning skills to recognize how to create change for the better.
  • Apply tools to drive positive, sustainable change.

THE WORKSHOP

NXplorers Pro is a practical, collaborative, facilitated two-day workshop to help learners develop creative and complex problem-solving skills. Using a relevant complex challenge, 30 learners working in teams of 5 per team will apply tools using a new way of thinking called NXthinking.

Learners are introduced to NXplorers tools that help them develop NXthinking as they explore the issue, create future scenarios, and plan to bring about positive change. NXplorers alumni can continue to apply NXthinking and NXplorers tools to any challenge in the workplace and beyond.
