UH Energy Transition Institute Circular Plastics Challenge

Plastic waste in the environment is a societal problem, and the UH Energy Transition Institute is challenging students across the UH System to showcase how they’d go about solving it. The ETI, with support of Founding Partner Shell, will award $13,500 in prize money with a top prize of $5,000 for ideas to improve plastics recycle and reduce plastics waste.

Energy Night

Hosted by the Energy Coalition, Energy Night is an opportunity for students to learn all things energy through diverse forms of engagement. Attendees will have the opportunity to network with industry professionals. Winners of the Circular Plastics Challenge will be awarded on this day.
