Weber,

Resonance
and
Soundscape
Alexander
Koppel,
conductor
University
Chorus
Franco
Basili,
conductor
UH
Small
Groups:
Acabellas,
Ardore,
The
Classics,
Floreat,
Maestre
of
Moores,
Rhapsody
The
Moores
School
of
Music
boasts four large
choral
ensembles
complemented
by
five
student-led
a
cappella
groups.
Ensembles
include
the
internationally
acclaimed
Concert
Chorale,
Soundscape,
Resonance,
and
the University
Chorus.
Choral
Conductor
and
Division
Head, Betsy Cook Weber,
is
active
internationally
as
a
conductor,
clinician,
adjudicator,
and
lecturer.
Choirs
under Weber’s
direction,
including
the
Moores
School
Concert
Chorale,
have
been
featured
at
multiple
state
and
national
conventions
including
the
American
Choral
Directors
Association
National
Convention
and
the
National
Collegiate
Choral
Organization.
Internationally, Weber has
led
the
Chorale
to
top
prizes
and
acclaim
at
prestigious
competitions
in
Wales,
France
and
Germany,
Hungary,
Italy,
and
Norway.
